"My Avatar Won't Load!"

Howdy-hey, guys & gals. Your friendly neighborhood Sato here.

If you're reading this topic, chances are you have one of the following problems:

1. Profile avatar will not upload.
2. Character avatar will not upload.
3. Roleplay avatar will not upload.

This is a common issue that is almost always fixed by clearing your cache/cookies.

What happens is your computer saves a version of your profile, character or roleplay without the image so that it loads faster. When you do upload the new image, the version without it still saved in your cache. Emptying the cache (hit ctrl + f5 on Windows) will generally make these images show up.

In other cases, sometimes it just takes patience. Sounds like a curious answer, but there can be a delay of a few minutes before your picture will show up.
